Job Description

ICL is seeking a strategic and business-oriented Program Manager – AI Business Lead to lead the business integration of AI initiatives across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and embraces a flexible and results-driven approach to work. You’ll be at the forefront of translating technical capabilities into business value, working and interacting with global and regional leaders across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, business and commercial teams to drive innovation and measurable impact.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the AI Program Strategy:

Develop and manage the AI roadmap aligned with business priorities. Identify high-impact use cases that enhance productivity, optimize processes, improve forecasting, and support sustainability goals.

• Bridge Business & Technology:

Act as the key interface between business units and AI/data science teams. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Drive Value Creation:

Build and validate business cases for AI initiatives. Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and ensure solutions are scalable and integrated into core processes.

• Champion Change & Adoption:

Lead change management efforts to support AI adoption. Develop training and communication plans to build AI literacy and reduce resistance to transformation.

• Ensure Responsible AI Use:

Oversee compliance with internal and external governance standards. Establish frameworks for ethical and sustainable AI deployment.

 

What You Bring

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master’s preferred.

• Experience:

o 5+ years in program/project management

o 3+ years working with AI, data science, or digital transformation

o Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact

• Skills & Mindset:

o Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

o Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and digital technologies

o Experience with Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies

o A proactive, flexible mindset — you’re energized by innovation and embrace a flexible and results-driven approach to work to drive meaningful change
