As the Production Line Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing and packaging processes within our liquid and dry production lines. You will lead a team of production staff, ensure operational efficiency, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of machinery and processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 

  • Ensure all finished products meet quality standards, including proper labeling and palletizing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all machinery and equipment in the assigned area and ensure compliance with safety protocols. (See Appendix)
  • Collaborate with supervisors and product managers to develop and execute production schedules.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements in coordination with team members and supervisors.
  • Lead by example—train, motivate, and communicate expectations clearly to team members.
  • Manage team assignments, optimize workflows, and foster effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

 

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience in the fertilizer or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Experience in packaging and labeling is a plus.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

 


Salary Range: $23 to $26 per hour

 


Annual Bonus Target:  Harvest and Christmas bonus
