As the Mixer Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, responsible for blending and mixing various raw materials to create high-quality fertilizer products. Your attention to detail and precision will be essential in ensuring that each batch meets our strict quality standards.

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?
- Accurately measure and weigh raw materials, such as minerals, organic compounds, and other ingredients, according to production formulas.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure thorough and consistent blending of the materials.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure the final product meets all specified requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of the mixing process, including batch information, ingredient quantities, and any adjustments made.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the mixing process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Safely stage and move materials by hand and by operating a forklift.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to carry and lift to 75 lbs. frequently.
- Prior experience in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Adept at following safety guidelines.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
