You benefit from your agricultural background, network and sales skills to hit the ground running in developing new sales channels for our Specialtly Fertilizer products. You will be the interface between End-users, Distributors, Marketing and Supply Chain to further develop and drive the profitability, short and long term growth of our T&O brands in Ukraine. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the existing customer and distributor portfolio in the Horticulture-, Ornamental- Landscape- and Turf market 
  • Seek new geographical or market opportunities to expand the business
  • Gather market data and analyze the market situation to maximize sales
  • Drive effective mid long-term sales forecasts and liaise strongly with Sales Support to ensure a seamless supply 
  • Recommend and implement improvements in distribution channels 
  • Manage company expectations by correct forecasting, meeting targets and developing yearly budgets
  • Organize effective marketing communication and activities to help to introduce new products
  • Give technical support, such as trainings, field trial assistance, and technical demonstrations, to our distributors and end-users
  • Maintain excellent relationships with dealers, research centers and governmental authorities 
  • Conduct business according to our Ethical Business code.

 

For this job position you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education on college or university level, preferably in Horticulture and Landscape.
  • Sales & Marketing experience, at least partly in a B2B environment
  • Excellent knowledge (verbally and in writing) of the English language
  • Experience with IT applications such as MS-Office and CRM tools 
  • Passion to drive for Results;
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
