:Areas of responsibility
Review all global procedures (of all units) to make sure all are valid and in compliance
Write and validate new procedures and support other units in procedure’s writing
Work closely with the units to adjust global procedures and ensure training and implanting program is in place
Analysis of non-quality costs at all sites and units
Collect the data from the units and analyze and consolidate the data to create a monthly quality report
Build an internal audit plan to audit the units and sites and ensure compliance with the global procedures

:Knowledge and Skills
At least five years of experience as a quality manager
Experience in writing procedures and implementing them
Training capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to interact effectively with peers and managers
High learning curve and ability to analyze and present data
Ability to maintain close relationship and in full partnership with stakeholders
High data analysis capabilities
Ability to design and implement processes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
Self-starter with a great deal of initiative and willing to contribute to a large and evolving business environment
Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Independent
Fluent in English
