In this role, you will be supporting member of a team that is responsible for strategic sourcing and management of the subcategory Logistics Services & Packaging materials in ICL central procurement organization.


Working closely together with key stakeholder groups, you will be responsible to monitor validity, prepare and review company contracts for purchases.


As Contract Administrator you will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should also analyse contracts with an eye towards reducing costs, while ensuring compliance with the law. Ultimately you ensure all our contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.


You will be working in a team that consists of Global Sourcing Managers, Regional Sourcing Managers, Logistic Buyers, Operational Buyers and reporting to the Regional Sourcing Manager.


Tasks and responsibilities:
•    Prepare purchase contracts
•    Support negotiation on contract terms with internal stakeholders and suppliers
•    Review and update existing contracts
•    Explain terms and conditions to interested parties
•    Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
•    Owner of subcategory contract templates and act as team liaison to legal department
•    Stay up to date with legislative changes and coordinate with legal department as needed
•    Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
•    Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
•    Maintain global/regional relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
•    Create language standards for existing and new contracts


Your profile:
•    BSc degree in Business Administration, additional qualifications in law are a plus
•    Proven work experience as a contract administrator or relevant role
•    Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
•    Familiarity with accounting procedures
•    Excellent writing skills
•    High attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills
•    Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
•    Excellent command of Spanish and English is required. Other languages could be considered an asset.
•    Strong result driven personality with good communication and supplier relation skills
•    Ability to work collaboratively, in a culture rich and dynamic environment
